Dr.-Ing. Georg Avemarie
Dr. Georg Avemarie holds a doctorate in engineering with a focus on mathematical optimisation and control theory.
In his professional career, he was responsible for the development of technical solutions for the optimisation of business and operational processes, digitalisation, and sustainable process design as managing partner at Folivora Solutions and in leading positions at the Institute for Mechatronic Systems.
He has experience in managing development teams and research groups as well as in software development. His solutions have been used in industry, healthcare, real estate, and defence.
Daniel Wethmar
Daniel Wethmar holds a degree in business law from Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Münster, and is a certified real estate investment manager (EBS).
He has over 30 years of experience in various roles in the finance and real estate industry in Europe. Most recently, he was responsible for real estate asset management in the DACH region at a global asset manager with a multi billion portfolio in the billion spanning various asset classes.
His focus is on operational and strategic asset management, managing large-volume portfolios, developing and implementing repositioning, and implementing operational excellence in real estate management.
Dr.-Ing. Maximilian Roth
Dr. Maximilian Roth holds a doctorate in engineering with a focus on mathematical optimisation, systems and control theory, and the management of complex systems.
Professionally, he has been responsible for consulting and transformation projects in the area of deal advisory (turnaround & restructuring) and as managing partner at Folivora Solutions, with a focus on sustainability, digitalisation, and regulatory requirements.
His experience includes setting up governance, risk, and compliance structures, as well as developing IT-supported reporting and control processes. He has advised companies in industry, real estate, healthcare, and the defence sector on strategic and operational transformation projects.
